Do you walk puppies?
Yes, in fact many of our existing clients started walking with us as puppies!
Can you top up my dogs food and water bowls?
Yes, we can make sure your dogs food and water bowls are topped up.All you have to do is make sure the food and water is easily accessible for the walker.
Can you give my dog medication?
Depending on the type of medication and mode of medicating, we can help.We are experienced in giving pills and foam shots from syringes to the mouth.
What is the cancelation policy?
While we prefer to be notified as early as possible, cancelations can be made on the same day as the scheduled walk.Simply reach out to your walker to let them know the scheduled walk will no longer be needed.
There is no fee for cancellations, however you will be charged for the full walk if you fail to inform the walker before they arrive for pickup.
How do you pick up and drop off the dogs?
Traditionally and preferably, clients will provide a fob/key to their homes.Some clients will leave a key with their concierges, or have the walker buzz in.
Some of our clients work from home and bring the dog out to the walker on arrival. In this situation the walker will text the client with an ETA 5-10 min prior to arrival.
Where will my dog go?
At this time, the majority of outings are to Dog Off Leash Areas.The parks we visit are:
Winston Churchill
Cedarvale
Earlscourt
How do you transport the dogs?
We currently use a Nissan cargo van with plenty of space in the back for safe and comfortable transportation.Leashes are removed during transportation.
How much does it cost?
A regular outing (1 hour at the park, Monday to Friday) is $25 + HSTPayment options are pay per walk, weekly, bi weekly, and monthly.

Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured and licenced.
Can I see what the dogs are up to?
Yes! Follow us on instagram to see pictures and videos of the dogs in action, as well as on YouTube for longer videos and features.
Do the dogs get water at the park?
Yes, if the park has water fountains we use that. Otherwise, we bring our own water jugs and bowls.
What happens when my dog gets dirty or wet?
We do our best to keep your dogs out of the mud, but sometimes they find a way.We ask that you leave a towel or two by the door so we can wipe your dogs down.
For an additional fee, we can shower your dog.
Do you do any training?
We are happy to help by reinforcing behaviours you want to see. If you have any special requests we may be able to accommodate them.
